We’ve been playing around with introducing this treatment for a while but weren’t quite sure of the best way. It started off as a perimenopause mani as we had clients reporting changes in their nails - ridges; oily beds but dry, brittle nails; weak, splitting nails that were tending to chip easier. But then we realised that there was a growing cross generational desire for a natural nail - but better - mani!

This prescriptive mani is for people who want their nails to look done, but not to look done. We’re created a mani that uses Manucurist products which are an at-home product so you can continue treating your nails at home. The natural, nail enhancing effects perform as half treatment, half make up effect, essentially working like a CC cream.

This is an intense treatment that gets your own nails looking the best version of themselves possible. Added in to the mix is the fact that whilst your nails are looking good, they’re also being nourished and repairing with nails products that emulate skincare with active ingredients like castor fibres, hexanal, AHA’s and vitamin E.

The treatment starts with a nail analysis where we choose which Manucurist Active treatment will suit you best. We’ll file and shape your nails then embark on an intense cuticle softening and tidying. This will be followed by an oil moisturising masque. We’ll apply a Keratin Booster serum and then apply the chosen (or mix of) treatments & finishes - Glow; Plump; Shine; Bright; Blue or Smooth.

You can then purchase the product in Designist or Industry - both around the corner - to continue the treatment at home.

Do note that the treatment applied is not a polish - it will wear for 3-4 days before it will need to be removed or a new layer added.
